Sustainability & Circular Economy

circular economy

When a PET bottle is empty, its most valuable moment actually begins:
It becomes the raw material of tomorrow—and a true climate protector.

Through modern PET recycling, a closed material loop is created, drastically reducing the need for new primary materials. This means significantly less energy consumption in production and, consequently, noticeably lower CO₂ emissions. Every recycled bottle directly contributes to relieving the environment and improving our collective climate balance.

Across Europe, efficient return and collection systems capture the bottles and deliver them to specialized recycling companies. There, high-quality PET granules are produced, which once again serve as the basis for new PET preforms and PET bottles. The more efficient these processes become, the greater the climate benefit—a promise for the future that is already making an impact today.

Recycling is thus far more than just reuse—it is active climate protection that transforms packaging into a sustainable success story.
